Statement
"The
most basic concept of my work is life and how to live it. In many of my
pieces I use simplified, loose forms and lines as another tool in expressing
my ideas. Since I believe art should say something about life, I work
in a simple way, just as I try to keep my life simple. My subject matter
is drawn from life's various experiences and what lessons can be gained
from them in the form of wisdom or enjoyment. I switch styles as I gain
new inspiration, experiences, and techniques. This constant stylistic
change allows the viewer to grow and mature with me on my artistic journey."
